Led church planting teams in organizing new congregations in Philadelphia and Gwynedd Valley, PA and in South Africa (Pretoria area). Led the development of the NCA (Northwest Christian Alliance) of evangelical churches in Philadelphia’s NW section. Joined CityNet Ministries in 2009 and served as the Coordinator of International Discipleship Renewal with CityNet until 2020. Now serves in same capacity, Coordinator of Discipleship, with Compassion for Life – Elkton, MD. Honorably retired 2024 from the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA – Philadelphia Presbytery).

Principal of the Bible College of East Africa (Kenya). Taught the full range of missiology courses at Biblical Seminary (Hatfield, PA 1991-94). In South Africa helped to plant a multi-ethnic church near Pretoria and helped start the King’s Hope Development Foundation, Badiramogo Adult Center and Disciples Go Mission agency. For many years has served as a Lecturer at Back to the Bible Mission (BBM), a pastors training college in Barberton, South Africa. Often has joined BBM graduates up continent doing Discipleship trainings.
